After years on Wall Street, David Siminoff started Shmoop with a mission of removing friction from learning by using humor as his WD-40. He has degrees from Stanford (BA/MBA) and USC (MFA) and is a failed screenwriter who hopes to some day get the main character just right. Regardless, he’s giddy to be able to do a job that he loves.
